    • Submission of applications (September-October)
    • Interviews with faculty sponsor (October-November)
    • ​Confirmation of approved applicants (November)
    • Application for passports (if not yet obtained)
    • Deposit due



  • Spring semester:
    • ​Program fee due (approved applicants will receive instructions via email from the Study Abroad office)
    • Monthly orientation meetings (January-April)
    • Housing placement and initial contact with host families
